yes sir. I used a heat gun and a bit of marvel m oil and it started working.

i got it to loosen up! I was able to work some oil into it and it loosened right up no problem.

I have a frozen throttle cable on my new $35 86 spree. I have an extra cable to put on, i was just wondering how you get the d*** thing off of the grip. thanks

well closer look tonight reviled that someone has already taken the guts out. I can just use a flat head to turn on and off.

I just got a spree W/o a key. is there anyway to get around the switch and just use the kill switch... any suggestions

ya, i have a small machine shop in town that will do it for 30. I dont want to wait the time that it will take to ship my head back and forth.

i was able to get the scooter started with 90 psi but it wouldnt stay running. once it idled for a minute or so it died and wouldnt restart without some oil in the cylinder or until it cooled off. rented an expensive quality gauge this morning. says that im at 90 PSI. what is the minimum for the Nq50?

How does one go about splitting the case? wooden mallet and super-human strength???? I'm always afraid that i'm going to crack that non weldable case.

Thats a bummer dude. Ok, i would suggest that you order tazlands big bore kit. This will get you a new piston rings and cylinder. Your other option is going stock through honda, but i cant imagine what you would have to pay for all of that. Just a guess, but im willing to bet that it would run you a...
