well in japan where are scooters are from, they were made to run on 95 Octane. Also how much more is premium in the states at the most? 10 cents more....

yeah i know the case has to be cut for the crank. i need to find a local shop with a cnc machine to cut the case. also i think there is a .16 of gap you need. But before i build it, i want to get all the need information so i don't explode the facker.

IDK if this could have been the issue. But i never took the oil injection unit out of the bike. I just capped off the lines. I saw in another post that VT Cycles sell a block/plug kit. Couldn't find it on the site, any other places to get that part?

by using the oil pump, isn't it set for the stock 50cc size? how do you avoid nukage? by changing out my stock gears would drop the rpms down, but that's it

I'm thinking it's going to need some time for the rings to break in, and then you'll be set. But all in all it was pretty easy to replace the piston and rings. Replacing the Jugs and Pistons are a peace of cake upside down. I'm not to sure what you pre-mix should be. Someone will know that for sure.
