I would hope Honda's gone tubeless by now. My '87 CH80 Elite is set up to run tubeless.

What is your uncompressed shock length? Measure from eyelet to eyelet.

Check the bike for a blown fuse. The taillamp should come on when you switch the key on. Brake light, horn and signals should be operable. Looks like a good place to do some shopping. Once of the clubs I belong to, GGR SC, has a garage where we do the voodoo that we do to our bikes. One of the other members and I have been talking about acquiring a press and a leakdown tester.
