Changing oil seal?
Have an air leak behind my variator around my oil seal. Was wondering if the oil seal is the likely problem? If it is, do you simply pull the old one off and slip a new one? If it's more likely a problem with the crankcase that would involve splitting the case I would just order all new bearings ins...

Forgot about posting this topic! Yeah stock spring for now. I think I have a 1000 or 2000 rpm spring I coul install. Any suggestions on these? 2000 I heard is a little strong. And what is the stock spring rpm?

Looking for roller purchasing advice
Want a kit of rollers to tune my se50 and need to know a good range of weights to buy. Here's what's on my scoot: 65cc malossi bbk, 24mm oko carb, and malossi wild lion exhaust.
So what range?
I've seen kits from 3-14 grams, 6.6-9.1 grams,4.4-6.1 grams,
oh and i weigh 215lbs

Got some honda bond yesterday. A little of that stuff goes a long way. Letting it set and will do another pressure test over the weekend

Yeah Yeah I know. Just though the looped hose is a good idea. Wouldn't it be like lubricating the transmission? That oil stays in there for a long time. Could use a heavier oil.

Hello: Put stock pump in with inlet and outlet attached together with hose. doesn't the oil pump need to be lubricated? hate to see it come apart inside the case. Check with the more knowledgable people here on the forum to be sure.. You obviously have no clue about what he is doing. :roll: Oh and ...

HondaBond will resist fuel. It seals the crankcases on AF16Es. Yamabond works too, but might turn into blood if used in a Honda engine.
