how hard are clutch pads to replace? where would i go ot get them? and should i do springs to?

you need to shim behind the pulley with washers so it does not rub the case like that

The half pulley piece and your crank are messed up, but shimming with washers can get you back on the road.

I saw one additive that was an Ethonal reducer type thing but it was the only thing ive seen so far and it is about an hour and a half away.

I have yet to find a gas station that does not have 10% ethonal. What do i do?

Yup.. only because of the bore.

Around here it will eat any pocketbike that has tryed to play with it topping at about 27mph on a very good day. but it will not top my pocketbike. (x-15 6 speed manual paddle shifters, 70cc, 75mph)

haha i wish i was willing to put the $300 into the spree campbike/ neighborhood basher/ pocketbike eater.
