Re: Got a Dio today but not sure what model.
Nice....rare bird for being in the USA. That's a Generation 3 Live Dio. Non-ZX. AF35 frame designation, AF34 Engine code. Lots of mods for it in Japan/ Webike, yet very challenging to properly tune. Thank you S4Patrick! That gives me a bunch of search terms I can now work with. Hopefully I'll turn ...

SK50MV... a 50cc Dio model. Owners manual is probably not from that bike... not original. Bike looks like a 50cc model based on pics. You're going to have a fun time running down the replacement air cleaner on that one ;) Looks like this one: 17205-GAH-000 Is this the air cleaner? https://www.amazo...

Got a Dio today but not sure what model.
Imgur Album Body says Dio Produced by Honda. Engine case is stamped with an AF34E The book says 125cm^3 on it, But under the seat it says it's a SK50MV? 177KM on it, Looks a * of a lot like a mini version of my People GTI-300. I found a weird looking YTR4A-BS battery for it on Amazon and ordered it...

Re: Build Suggestions for a 86 Aero 50?
Those gears will not work for your transmission. You would need to buy an af16 gear set and then swap in those aftermarket gears. You could get the OEM setup from Honda for less and you would have 10.2 gears with Honda engineering. I would look at a solid used kit to learn on like this one: http://...

Build Suggestions for a 86 Aero 50?
Howdy, I want to build my Aero 50 into a 45MPH bike, Challenge is I weigh about 300lbs Through reading the site here I've come to believe that some of the later bikes parts are able to be bolted onto my Aero but I'm not 100% sure which parts. Currently I'm looking at the 65cc Airsal kit Daywot is se...

You might want to see if you can do a leakdown test.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySu2NC1X7s4 shows how to do one, You can borrow or build a tester.

I'd look and make sure that your airbox didn't break or come off the carburetor, If your intake isn't right you'll loose power.

Re: My Latest purchase, a 1986 Honda Aero 50
Took the bike to the car wash and a friend and I washed the mud off. It was super dirty. Washed everything except the cowl with the box in it, I dont know if there is anything inside the box and I dont want to destroy any possible paperwork contained within. Current list of known broken hardware: Ai...

My Latest purchase, a 1986 Honda Aero 50
Picked it up off Craigslist this morning for $50, No Keys and no paperwork. Already took it to the DMV to start the process of getting a bonded title for it. Cant wait to start working on it. https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-4yr6hG4Tbjs/Tk7z-8y6QII/AAAAAAAAAqQ/xSJy08vyzss/s800/IMG_20110819_092044....

Does anyone have a electrical diagram for a Razz? The one I just got has a busted keyswitch so I want to try and splice in an alternate switch.
