ok so took everything off checked the piston and rings and cylinder. they look ok. no new scratches looks like. when i got back the cylinder was pretty hot. i felt heat coming off it big time and you couldn't touch the spark plug for 2 seconds. well anyway so here are some pictures. http://img37.ima...

what's the best way to put circlips in? i found out by looking. bear said get a pair of needle nose pliers and put a notch in them. i done that and was able to hold onto it. another question. the base gasket, it's not lining up around all the ports on the bottom of the cylinder. should i just cut it...

ok so i loosened both sides of the motor moutn, and without taking it out i wiggled it around. it seemed fine. and i tightened it up, but the motor is supposed to move around and be able to go up and down. i jacked the motor up and tightened the bolts down. maybe the back part im not sure doesn't mo...

shutup. i've never seen a honda scooter with the throttle cable not adjusted good. unless someone else has done it. you mean an 1/8 inch from when the throttle goes? usually, over time, the cable gets worn and you have to twist farther to get it to go. but yea, lean forward or something. these thing...
