Re: ****Official Non-Honda Picture Post****
Here's the Ninja 250 I bought.
2006 - 1,500 miles - $1,500. It even came with a mint HJC helmet. I had to replace a turn signal, get another key cut, and buy a new battery. That's roughly $95 extra. For a bike that'll sell for $2,400 easy, I'm happy. I had to drive 8 hours round trip though LOL.

Re: rattle sound?
Could be anything. Does it rattle while on the stand? I have about 3-4 things which rattle on my SA50.

Re: indiana riders beware!!!!
When I had my Trek, I would hit 25mph often. Wonder if they'll make me get plates.

Re: indiana riders beware!!!!
Anything that travels above 25mph is considered a motorcycle in Indiana and requires plates & insurance.
It only takes 2-3 people to ruin it for everyone.

Re: Any Metro owners out there?
Met II, the slowest of the Mets. Go to TotalRuckus.com and they have the mods you need to get it faster. I don't have a Met II. I have a Met I. I don't see how the ECM goes under the headlamp assembly as the wiring won't reach. I'm talking about this: http://www3.telus.net/MyScoot/ecm.jpg (too lazy...

Make sure you didn't mix the fuel and vac lines up. I did this once. It wasn't fun.

This is what I need to make for my Metro. All they gave me was a horseshoe for a rack.

Any Metro owners out there?
I can't find a Metro manual anywhere, save hard copies. I bought an '02 Metro for $125 - 5.8k miles. Doesn't run at the moment due to my fuel pump acting up. At any rate, it was in pieces when I got it and I have no idea where the ECM bolts up. I've also found an extra connector (1 wire, green w/ ye...

Re: hardest/strangest thing you have ever carried on a scoot?
I met a local man a few weeks ago who's mentally handicapped. All he does is ride scooters -- year round for that matter. Not long ago he carried 13 cases of soda on his '09 Metro. For the record he's not dumb. More like Forest Gump -- slow, if you get me. But he pulls the craziest stunts with his s...
