If you zip tied the oil injection pump wide open wouldnt you be dumping in full oil at all times?

I see there are different models. I think by the crappy pictures that this is a S model. From what research I've done, this scooter does 25 but can be slightly modified to go 35? Is this right? And I have to get another throttle cable to make sure it gets the proper amount of oil? Can anyone elabora...

I have an elite E. Whats a variator? Also nobody knows where I can get touch up paint or seat material? I really like this one and want to fix it up. I have a small crack at the bottom (can't tell but don't want it to get bigger) so I heard to put some fiberglass and pvc purple glue on it to fix it....

I'll take a picture of his glove box thing, he got a DUI on it so he doesnt ride it alot and it's out in Detroit Lakes, which is an hour away. So next time I'm there I'll take a pic.
