Didnt the Pal/DJ1 one come with an AF05 (Spree Engine) that had a variator... seems like a straight swap would be easier than this mod

I've seen places referring to the Corsa & Contessa as a 68cc kit... is this possible? They had the same product code as other Corsa kits

Yes can be, use a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar and a piece of pipe unless you have an impact, but I perfer the breaker bar-easier to tell when the bolts breaking loose- you dont want to crack the block hey mate, how difficult is it to crack the block? when i tried to remove the bolt originally i was ...

i tried to remove mine a long time ago but had no luck
