Re: Elite S VS Ruckus VS Zuma
a well tuned zuma will smoke a dio. cc for cc jog motors are better than dio. and by ruckus do you mean with the stock engine? or a gy6? my friend with a ruck/gy6 doesnt pull like our dios but his topend speed is about the same.

Re: Your 50mm looks different than mine.
the taiwan bores have differnt ports over the years. like different generations. i like the way that bore looks because of the cutout for the boost port. i've noticed that most racing kits. like MHR, 2 fast, Polini EVO have the cutouts. i dont know wat performance difference they give, but i figure ...

Re: zx trans problems
Greetings: As the belt wears, you may find that there's some slip at the variator. Consider procuring/fabricating shim washers a hair thinner than what you have. 0.5mm can make a HUGE difference. A new stock belt is nominally 2.5mm narrower than a new ZX belt. That said, the Nominal values are inco...

Re: premix
anyway back on topic. you could also leave the oil pump in and just pull the hose from the oil tank out and plug it, and un plug the pump form the harness.for a stock bike thats fine but if you have mods you may want to pull the pump out and buy an oil plug from VT, its only $10.

Re: premix
you can carry oil with you. just measure out how much you need and put it in a little bottle doesnt take up much space. before my sym i was babied with oil injection on stock bike. now i premix and its a piece of cake.
