What do the 44 and 48mms up the cc's to? Also, I was wondering if these little engines respond to mild port work?

I was saving up money to buy an 85 or 86 (how ever long it took to save the money) before my parents put the kabosh on that idea. They were $495 in 1985 or 1986, thats what the dealer price tag was. I know because I wanted one so bad, and must have thought about it about 10 times a day! Maybe the 86...

Thanks for the info! So basically you have the stock cylinder bored to accomidate the larger piston? Also, does the Spree use a centrifugal clutch since there is no CVT? I am still doing tons of reading and research so sorry for the newb questions.
