A great Koso speedo has been rendered useless, therefore no rpms, no gas, and no speedo. I'm wondering how or if I could roll back to a battery? E...

Excellent!
I assume you made a mount under that awesome plastic! I, with limited skill, will be attempting something similar...

Re: 72cc polini build

Gears a bit tall, but otherwise looks good. You could spend much more for better gear, but this sounds like you're gonna have FUN!!

Re: Help

It sounds like a air leak to me. Boot most likely. I've had a a few go on me in the past.
I ran a Corsa/PGlong/28OKO for 2 years solid, no problems (Fast too). Bulletproof!
Then I started running in the canyons and I overheat'd the sum'o'bich!

Re: TinyElvis Unsullied Scooter!

Update: Reverting to the simplicity of my initial setup. Corsa, PG Long, OKO 28mm I had the most reliable setup and I went ahead and started to get fancy! :hi: Soon to be selling: 2 year old Polini Corsa af16 engine w/ rear wheel, oil plug, no intake, no plastics, no fan (inquire for deets)

Re: Going fast

Budget bullet proof fast build:
Polini Corsa, PG Long, 9:1 gears, Keli/SEF vari, new center spring 1.5, OKO carb
There is better gear out there, but this will get you moving and on a budget.
