Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

i have a 09 ruckus and i just installed a leo vince full exhaust system. the scoot did 42 mph before the pipe and now it'll only do 32mph. it also lost alot of bottom end power. would a jet kit help? any ideas? thanx.
