been breaking it in i am loosing power after half throttle got free flow filter on i put the new jet that came with kit throttle needle still set stock just dont get why when i throttle more than half way i slow down am i not getting enough gas or to much or is it air

i took off airbox and put on a free flow filter still slowing it down when i go passed half throttle

been breaking in the 48mm bbk on my sb50 88 elite es and noticed i lose power little after half throttle i took off cover to air box and it did little better but still loosimg power when you go little pass full throttle please help my elite

if you go by those little numbers on it stock 1 says 89 the one that came with the bbk says 100

yes airbox and filter are on there and so you dont need all the extra oil in the tank while breaking in

ITS A 88 ELITE SB50 AND THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM TOLD ME TO MIX OIL IN THE TANK AS WELL AS USING MY OIL PUMP also noticed if i go little over half throttle it seems to slow down does this mean not enough gas or to much i appreciate all the help

still breaking in the bbk i noticed there was oil leaking down the side of crankcase looks like its coming from my carb is there somthing that needs to be adjusted?

just put the 48mm bbk in i took head to machine shop and i ran about half a tank at 1/2 throttle i noticed alot of vibration from motor and how can you tell if piston is hitting head

i just got a 88 elite es sb50 i just put in a 48mm big bore kit what else can i get for it and where ?

thank you SPREEtown i just reassembled the throttle and its all good right now sounds like a beast whats best break in procedure and how will i know its broken in

alright i did take out the throttle cable and im not sure exactly how it goes back any suggestions on how to properly install it

I JUST PUT A 48MM BIG BORE KIT ON MY 88 ELITE ES AND THE THROTTLE IS NOT WORKING CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE I CAN GET IT TO START BUT WHEN I TRY TO USE THROTTLE IT DOES NOTHING
