??? what are you getting at???? you can exceed any cooling system by improper builds!!! the oem cooling systems are great!!! its a moped, not a gp race bike....i more then doubled the displacement and higher compression and it still runs cool as stock, because i took the time to build and tune it co...

you need bigger displacement and a counter weight crank to match a top end pipe rpm> heavier weights and 7-1 or lower gears

sounds like your gonna need a new bore sooner then later.

no...there should be no heat spike...>>??? if your temp gauge spikes that means your running out of gas/lean and need to rejet.

Cost too much.... I would have to remove crank and seals to weld.... I gota sym dd50 block for 80 bucks already cut for stroker. So I'm gonna port the new block and swap it out.

i figure,,,,,but just till i get another block....

i re did my intake windows and went alittle too deep on bottom......... :nervous: put hole in bottom of block/ window... jb weld marine cold welded it. Seems to run fine till im wot/going fast it misses like timing is off not really a bog..... had it tune good before .... i re checked the area and p...
