no it it needs new or cleaned. adjustments r fine. scoot sat for a bit, I said new because I just got one for a 110cc chinese 4 wheeler and it works great, $18.00 new

Greetings: It may be an '88. There should be a sticker on the frame confirming. Without seeing the sides, it's impossible to be sure. However it looks like an SA50 Elite model. Early-year models of the SA carried the "LX" suffix. I guess Honda-san thought S and SR sounded racier... If so ...
