Harbor Freight Torque Wrench - Opinions?

Bought a HF torque wrench to tighten up the head on Urban project. After following the directions I'm still skeptical that I'm going to over-tighten it... Manual says 6-9 ft lbs and I'm dialing the wrench to 5 just as a baseline and it doesn't click.

Does anybody else have one?

Re: Long time reader, first time poster... Hello!

Hey everyone, I've been a long time reader, having bought my 1984 Spree a year ago... and it's been riding it daily ever since. It's been a great bike, so commuting to school and work, I literally ride it 8 days a week. Anyway, I wanted to say hello, and if any of you are from Oregon or Washington....

Re: help me please i just bought a honda spree

I disagree, being cold is usually makes it even harder to start and run to slow while cold. It is probably one of four things, 1) the idle stop screw is in to far. 2) the throttle cable is maladjusted at he handle bar 3) vacuum leak in the intake system 4) The throttle slide is installed incorrectl...

It must be cold where you are right now. Put the tire on the ground and wait for it to warm up... or hit the brake. It will calm down in a couple minutes.
