have you messed with any of the grounds lately, loose/corroded grounds and battery leads will cause this symptom, if the grounds are good maybe just put it on a trickle charge over night, see how that works because 115cca should be plenty

sounds like your getting too much fuel, might have to get in there and tear the motor down, i would check the reeds, flywheel, and at least take the head off and see if everything is on tight, what type of filter are you running i have a feeling if you are running a pod filter you probly sucked up w...

is it possible to vent your bell by your self maybe drilling holes in it like a brake rotor has or is it more complicated, i ask because after driving up some of the really steep hills the other day i was feelin the clutch fade

i believe the theory behind it is that there is a sealed bottle/cavity exactly equal to your engines displacement that is connected to your intake manifold just like the petcock, and on your first initial intake stroke the air is sucked out of the bottle, then after the initial stroke there is negat...

honestly dont know about these bbk's but a properly running/built non restricted single cylinder 2 stroke should have at least 9hp per 50cc up till about 250cc then the physics change and the increase starts dropping example 70cc should equal about 12hp(+) while 250cc be about 45hp(+), but a 500cc i...

about sanding the ramp plate what would happen if you like got it polished to a chrome shine or maybe even actually chromed it would it make even cheap rollers last long?

just keep in mind that 2 strokes are picky about their gas even if you dont have detonation your bike might run twice as good on premium as it did on regular for instance my old cr80 was high comp but set up for i think 93+ octane and i put a tank of regular 87 in unknowingly and it ran like underpo...

can you take a pic thats alittle hard to believe, you might be mistaken by what your looking at id say just get it together and see if it runs or an easy way to tell if the head is warped/deformed is to put some fine wet sand paper on a glass table, mirror, or other large perfectly flat surface and ...

So this is pretty much my build thread and i was updating that: I just added this sweet guitar amp speaker to my rear rack! is super loud and you can hear it even while your throttle is WFO and has pretty nice quality sound :rock: it was a cheap first act portable guitar amp that runs off 2 9v batte...

ya im not sure but didnt you change the clutch spring and will the clutch work without cutting up the aero pulley cover, by the way i used my dremel to opened up the exhaust port, had to cut open the muffler drilled some holes in the first baffle then welded it back up with my new flux core mig, and...

hey guys i have a chinese clutch and clutch bell laying around in my garage would this give me any speed/torque i got the idea from the "ancient chinese clutch mod" thread but not sure if it will fit or even help an aero
