I have been running on luck because I have been running two sprees without a battery for years. I have often wondered if it could do damage?

Obviously I can't comment on longevity after two weeks but for the price I'm pretty happy so far.

That is about how long I have had my Chinese battery so I guess we will find out in time.

One thing for sure I won't get rit of it. I don't like to part with my money that well. What I will do if these batterys are any good is buy one for my other Spree. I have two Honda spree riders and one parts bike.

If you can get 3 1/2 years out of a battery that is the one to get. Like I said time will tell with the Chinese battery? This was the reason I was asking, hoping someone bought one to see what they got for service out of a Chinese battery?

No way because the way I see it a spree is like a toy not made for speed. Just look at one. Going down the road 50/ 60 MPH on a spree you got to be nuts. Motorcycles and scooters both have there place and I enjoy both of them but not one over the other. If you are racing cars with anything it sounds like a good way to kill yourself. For sure go for it, don't matter to me. Still not going to change my mine on this. Now don't get me wrong I have seen good work but also seen a lot of bad. Unless they know what they are doing leave it stock and if they have to ask on a forum they don't know what they are doing.

I have two Honda sprees. I ride and enjoy both of them for what they are with a little over 30MPH. Small and easy to ride around the neighborhood. I am in my 70's and always have and still make a living as a mechanic. I don't care who agrees with me or not I have seen a lot of butcher jobs then some...

I really don't see where 4 MPH is going to do a thing for you. I f you don't like the speed of a small scooter get yourself a motorcycle. This way you can keep up with anything and still get good gas mileage.
