its good gas with redline premix. plugged injector. stock air box with new filter.

Polini kit. Jetted correctly, ran great for a few months. Exhaust smells really bad, running premix. Seems to stall with my weight. Fine on the stand. Clutch shoes looked ok when I did center and clutch springs

Its happened twice now and I think if it happens again there won't be any splines left to put it on. What do you guys use to lock it down. Red lock tite, lockwasher? Jb weld? I can defiantly crank it down tight with some of my climbing rope in the cyl keeping it from doing a full stroke

Also, for anyone interested my aero has been running great. I rode it 20 miles yesterday. Never over half throttle. Hoorays

I don't. Mine came with the polini that was cracked. Can you get Chinese parts my geely has a second cable off the throttle that is snapped and I believe it might be for the oil pump?

I ended up plugging it, 32:1, I feel much more comfortable/confident riding it around now. Should I mix richer for break in?

My mistake it is 65cc. I went 1k center. Thinking about going back to stock. Or .5k but I don't think anyone makes that.

When I pulled the piston and cyl it was literally dripping with oil on the bottom end. How much should I be looking for.

Thanks for all the tips guys ill start heat cycling it this week and just do beer runs at the corner store. Should I worry about the scoring? Piston has no marks on it. Just cyl. Checked psi its about 110-120 cold.

i just pulled the cyl and piston. everything looks OK, whew. no heat spots from soft seize on the piston it was very very oily inside and all over. so i am hoping that it was probably running too rich. i dont really have the tools for a plug chop to get everything right. i know ive been running it m...
