i got a 1994 Elite, what will porting out the stock block do? give me acceleration?

yes it still has a stock carb and bore. sometime in the future I plan to bore out the stock block....

yea its 49cc. i just wanna be able to go like 50-55 and to be able to do it quick

Alright i have a 1994 honda elite with a phongeer short exhaust, variator, and the block is ported out. what gears would be best for me to run?

What exhaust would be best for me? Phongeer long?

im trying to get my 1994 honda elite to try and do 55-60 mph, can this be done by exhaust, gears, variator, and porting the block?

if not what parts should i get to accomplish this 55-60mph goal?
