Re: Where do the clips go
Those clips are used to hold the "glove box" to the front leg shield. The 86 did not come with a "glove box" but honda did offer it as a add on option.

As I stated before when they swap gears out of the AF05 into the AF16. Swapping the gears from the AF05 which I think are 10:1 is a cheap upgrade.

Re: 1985 Aero needin some help.
I think what you have is a AF16 (94-01 SA50) engine that someone swapped into your aero. They then removed the gears and cover from your original AF05 that came on your aero and put them on the AF16. Like I said from the pictures the following parts appear to be off from a SA50 Intake Carb Cooling s...

Looks like a AF16 based on the kickstart, cooling shrouds, and airbox set up.

Does anyone else have a FZ50???
Sorry for the non Honda post but I figured with all of the scooter fans on here someone might have one. I recently picked up a mint 79 Suzuki FZ50 for free. The only thing wrong with the scooter is bent forks. I have been looking around for the past few weeks with no luck. Just wondering if anyone h...

Re: Just got done with spree motor! Just look at it!
Why are you not running your stock exhaust? The stock piped is tuned for that specific engine. Running a random exhaust is a good way to do some serious damage. Do you have the stock air box and filter in place?

Download manual. Read manual. It is a BAD idea to leave your oil pump in if you are going to be pre mixing.

Re: Spree carry weight limit?
I am not talking about a one time ride or the occasional rider. I am talking about the Spree consistently being used for something it was not designed to do. A rider that is over the weight limit by a almost a third (230lbs) of the original weight limit puts wear and tear on the scooter. I have seen...

Re: Spree carry weight limit?
Honda Spree weight limit for rider and cargo is 180lbs.
I would not suggest a honda spree for someone of that size unless they enjoy rebuilding the top end often.

Re: Revived!
Did you fix your head direction? It needs to face the right direction for proper cooling and so it will not melt the shroud.
