Dude your not gonna have very good luck using a stock carb with that size bore kit. I'm surprised you haven't ruined that bore yet. You need to up jet or get a new carb and manifold. Make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks. Oh and plug the pump for heaven sakes the plug cost ten bucks. Do it righ...

Motul sucks castor 927 is the best. My buddy uses castor oil straight from the healthfood store and his polini corsa ministroker is going on to almost 5k miles with no scoring on the cylinder walls. The jug looks new inside still. Don't you guys forget that the hawaiians are moped GODS
