The elite is smaller.

Drive them both and then buy the ZX....
(the only way you will buy the elite (IMO) is if it's been upgraded, or you are petite in statue (zx seat height...)

PS the elite is rather steep in price and the Kymco about right...

Am I correct in thinking that I would need to modify the restricted CDI, swap out the Boss for a non restricted one and change the roller weights to get better performance? Go back to the Kymco forums, as there are multiple threads :wink: The 2012 will need the simplier CDI modification (no sawing.....

Well back from the scoot shop...owner of multiple stores was there (straight forward guy). He sells alot of Kymcos ... for many years ... but does not sell this 4T 50 as it's just too slow. ZX , Super 9, Vitality, or People .... GL! .... and following his advise to sell this one, should be ahead to ...

seller admitted no maintenance except for new battery...

I just bought the 4T agility yesterday 2007 screaming deal...heading to the scoot store and will report back plus vs minus.

I have an '86 Aero also. IF I were in your boat with the lawyer... I would put the value at $1000 (cost to find a replacement in great shape $600-$700) plus shipping to get it to you....
