I tried it with the 100 jet and it still did the same thing, witch jet should I use?

I have a 1987 spree, the engine was completely rebuilt, new seals, new gasket, new bearing and a 44mm kit. I cleaned the carb replace the jet with the one from the kit. I'm sure it's already somewhere on the forum, but what is the good screws settings on a 1984 honda spree carb?

I have a 1984 spree serial AF060XES007857 , everything on it is original only 7000 km, it's still in really good shape for a 1984 as been store in a garage for the past 16 years.. How much does it worth in canada?

I already changed the regulator and it didn't change anything, what else could it be?
I want to put the 44mm bore kit from ebay, is it a good choice, i just want to have my spree a bit faster a the start.
