Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

my headlight wont work so im trying to take it out to look at it to find out whats wrong like if its the light itself or some wires are just disconnected but i do not know how to disassemble the headlight

were can i get a ignition for my honda spree? right now its just a red and black wire were the ignition is suppost to be and it starts when the red and black wire is connected and doesnt start when there not connected so im guessing those are the ignition wires.... but i guess my main question is we...

I think i found out why my 20$ spree wont start,hows this, i have been trying to start it with a 14mm socket on the flywheel going clockwise.Ive been told this is the ex. stroke.Is the intake stroke counter clockwise.If so ill bet im not the only bonehead to make this mistake.Too late to try ive tak...

what type / size battery do i need for my honda spree??

get a DIO big boar kit. there only about $100 and easy to install. that should make your spree go atleast 35mph easy

i checked and it doesn't need to be registered in Connecticut
i think and it must be the carb because it doesnt seem like its getting gas.... but the spark plug has gas on it when i take it out so im not sure. i think im going to have to keep trying stuff.

no at first i was going to but now that i think about it i could fix it even if it takes me a month
because i really like honda sprees and other honda scooters so its worth it and i think im gunna completely restore it and make it nice

i dont have a air filter but i stuck a peice of foam were the air filter should be in the air filter box and i feel like that would be good enough to start... i also took the carb completely apart and the float, the bowl, and all the jets seemed pretty clean (i then put it together correctly again)

yes all parts of the carb are clean even the reed....
and getting plenty of spark and we also checked for compression and it is fine also at around 110 pounds but it still doesnt even get close to starting

yes it has spark and i just checked the carb and it is very clean
but still the motor wont even "pop"
