checked the cable it is free. i am running the better oil from Honda, $10 a quart. I had the whole carb off and disassembled, soak it in carb cleaner overnight a week ago.

I have a 86 aero and the slide keeps sticking in the carb. I will take it out clean it with a little carb cleaner and it works good for about a hour and the slide starts to stick in the carb again.

Any ideas?
