ordered a stock ruckus vari from a dude off here. as far as the lines i might do that tonight. If i do i will post pictures for conformation.

It is Taz's kit. Just waiting for my variator to come in and ordered a new belt and should be able to do some test runs in a week or so

One thing to clairify, on the part that comes out of the tank has 2 lines. One goes down the other comes out on the side. I belive the one on the side goes to the brass nipple on the carb, and the one that goes down is the vaccume line?

Lets play a game of what goes where! Got a lot done last night. thanks for the tips... at 89 bucks the VT cycles 63cc kit cant be that bad? I figure this scoot has never been rebuilt and might benefit from a fresh cylinder and it may as well be 63cc. I would like to find a 70 though. I see the malossi on spi-parts? and on ebay but 200 bones is a bit pricey. I j...

So when you tightened the head down and spun the fan blade in a full rotation the piston did not smack into the head?? Also the old reed cage worked very well. Its funny because I dont recall anyone using that same approach. Now people can just use the old reed cage for an adapter plate. Nice job.....

Got work done late last night. After trying to track down a machine shop competent enough to do the head, only one say they would "try" but denied any accountability if something were to go wrong, where its not something they normally do. Long story short for the time being the head is not...
