Haha! I was waiting for someone to say that. The P.O. welded that sweet piece together. Guess I cant complain because I've never welded in my life. At least I can tell * welds from good ones. I'm not too worried about it though.

I should have posted a pic with the bolts next to the openings, but just so you know the bolts are about half the diameter as the openings on the motor mounts shown above.

I've recently acquired my second Spree. The spree was swapped with an aero 125 motor by the P.O. This thing was slapped together very poorly but I aim to fix that. The motor mount only had the bolts going through it without any type of bushings or spacers making for a ride that was Shamu-ish. What a...

Thanks Jon :thumbwink: I'm in the process of a quick clean up including a little bit of paint. Its getting a new battery tomorrow, oil change, spark plug, air filter, and some fresh gas. It's been sitting a few years but I have high hopes that she'll fire right up. Anything else I may have missed?

Silly 2-stroke question
I just got my hands on an '84 spree. I've never owned a 2-stroke before and don't know how much oil needs to be added in with the fuel (if any) with these scooters. Scoot has approx. 1k miles on it.
