yes oil tank was cleaned...everythings in order as far as the engine and fuel systems i can rebuild and modify almost anything ....but electric im not to savy no noise at all..its like theres not even a battery in it...no signs of electric except me and my volt meter....ive got good ground and am ge...

ok i just dug out a 87 spree from my fathers shed...581 miles on it looks brand new....cleaned out tank,carb ect ect...installed new battery and nuthin...nada...no lights,horn,starter is there a another fuse...???
the 10 amp fuse is fine....seceret button ??? help.....
