Buy the 48mm big bore kit , intake kit , and the gear set you may as well up grade it a bit if your gonna fit a new piston the kit is complete bolt on no need to get your cylnder bored out just throw it in the bin

The bystarter o ring has been replaced im talking about wat looks like a emulision tube that goes into the carb housing under the bystarter the bystarter needle goes inside this tube when you fit the bystarter

This is a jap dio the carb has changable pilot jets and main jets

Search ebay for the bbk you can use ur stock carb but for max peformance from the bbk a slightly larger carb would be better

When u say the vari side is larger do u mean it has a bigger internall bearing or just where the vari goes on if its the just where the vari goes on i hav a dio vari setup i could use
