So it turns out that the 24mm PWK has a 105 main, I dropped down to a 102 and it bogged more at full throttle, I actually went up to a 108 and no more bog, that will probably lower my temps as well! Just ordered new rollers from G9 today as well, hopefully those will help too.

I did the same thing as you, polished it up super nice, looked perfect...but it ate a malossi kevlar belt in about 100 miles. After that I just bought a new drive face from Honda, I think it was only about $30.

Malossi 2 shoe? Are you sure you're using a polini cp style or pwk style? Stock the pwk comes with a 35 pilot and 100. I think the cp comes with 32 and 105. I forget. I opened up the second airbox tab with the stock carb and it ran great! Use a knife or drill or whatever you have to pop it out.

Yes I have a temp garage and am keeping it in a good range. I am guessing a bigger carb could keep the temp lower though.

Everything is working great now but I think I want to service my driven face with a new spring and new grease. What Malossi spring should I get to replace the stock spring? The red or the yellow one? What is the difference between the two?

My new Kevlar malossi belt fixed the issue! I thought my BBK was powerful before but wow is it quick with the new belt!

I'm using the stock boss, the aftermarket boss was too long.
