I actually got mine back. The guy that stole it couldn't get it started so the cop recovered it a few days later. keep asking around with the cops. One of these days a cop will see the scooter and remember to check the plate.

ok, new problem. Opened everything up things are good and I can get the motor to spark and puff smoke. Problem now seems to be that the throttle is stuck too far forward.
