Looking more into the wiring, comparing the nh50 to nh125 cluster and hand controls. The major difference is the aero 50 cluster and hand control wiring is combined together with these wide connectors. The nh125 wiring harness I'm using has separate plugs to the cluster and individual bullet connect...

Test fit the side panels, carb side fits okay but might need bulged out if I upgrade to a ct intake. I did a bit of re-assembly on the aero, cleaning parts as I put them on. Looked into the wiring, it's all ready giving me a headache just staring at it.

The seat turned out pretty good, my dog likes it.

I got a seat cover replacement off ebay, something to do on a cold day indoors.

Been watching this progress. Amazing feat!! I have both an Aero 50 and an Aero 125. I'm all nerdy about keeping them in showroom condition. Got the bushings pressed into the mount and painted it. Replacing the bushings on the motor mount, the rubber got burnt out while welding but I still have to remove the outer race of the bushing. Yeah, most of the welding is on page 3 but I didn't show everything.

On this swap I used part of the elite 80 frame to mount the engine, mostly because of the mount location was a lot higher than a stock spree engine.

Hit the frame with some paint.

Thanks man, kinda sad I didn't get a chance to ride this ch80 spree last summer. It's kinda hard when you have a higher powered nh125 spree in the stable.

Im impressed youre getting things done in sub-zero temperatures. Maybe you have a heated garage? Ive been procrastinating doing any scoot work for the simple fact my garage is like a freezer box.
