how many turns out are the air and gas crew on the carb supposed to be? around 20mph my spree starts to buck and lose power, might be the screws or any other suggestions

my spree had been sitting for about 10 yrs. everything is now running great except the bake break cable is frozen up and very tight. i released it so it is not conected at all but need to somehow get it working again. and ideas?

i found a spree with 500 miles on it and fixed it up. my problem now is when i give it gas a it boggs and dies. there is a new air filter in it, i cleaned the gas and oil and carb. the only thing i can think of is when i was cleaning the carb, there was a small rubber peice around the screw for the ...

tight as in hard to pull the break lever in towards the handle bar.

the break to my back tire is very tight, i'v backed the cable off a bit but it still stays tight. i was wondering if this is just how it's suposed to be or is there something wrong with my rear break?

Does anyone know where to order new air filters online, or where to get them anywhere. Cant seem to find a new one and need one badly! Thanks-
