ill be driving my 86 jog for about 5 mintues going about 37 everywhere, and when i let off the throttle and go full throttle it just bogs down until i reach about 15 mph, then kicks back in again. Right now i know this only happens when my gas is low but not border line low. What could it be? Now it...

i did that muffler mod on there..... and all it did was make it extremely loud?
