the se50 had two different mufflers the se50p is a smaller pipe and acts as a restriction. i don't know about the sa50... :oops:

crxdrew used bumper paint on the footboard and around the gauges on the handle bars. i would imagine it would hold up well check out the pictures in the link. it seems mildly glossy but not too bad.

the se50p has a smaller pipe than the one on the se50 if you do a search for se50 there is a post with a picture of the two.

basically the se50 pipe is the same diameter all the way from the muffler to where it bolts to the engine.

looks just like my old 88 elite sb50 except for the nicer side cover... that would explain it looking kinda like a spree engine as well.

It sounds like the battery is being drained somehow, my sb50 never charged the battery but i could start and run the thing (using the horn and turn signals) for almost a week without draining the battery too low to start the scoot.
