Re: Honda Pal Build
I thought I would post up some pics before my big adventure across the Souther Alps tomorrow. Scooter is back together and going very well. #90 Main Jet & #38 Slow Jet. Currently top speed is 75km/h 350F. I might put a #92 jet in because it seemed much more responsive even though max speed was l...

Re: trail tech vapor
the magnet on the wheel should be glued on......Not gluing it on will result in the magnet flinging off at very high speed Or if you do not want to glue onto your wheel you can degrease the surface, place magnet in position and 'tape' it down with some aluminium tape. Be sure to cut about an 1"...

Re: spree+jazz= spazz!
Is that a standard pop rivet tool? If so I want to find these so called nutcerts, that seems like a handy addition to my seldom used rivit gun! We use this setup on aircraft. It is called a RIVNUT Tool. It has a threaded end that srews into the nut, then you insert that into the hole and squeeze it...

Re: K&N vs UNI Air Filter
Good advice thankyou Chris. Great to see another Pal owner from NZ onboard. My concern is also with climbing altitude the bike might also richen up. I'm not sure we will be going high enough for it to do that as we are only reaching 825meters above sea level. The other option I thought of for the ra...

K&N vs UNI Air Filter
Hi guys, I am building my Honda Pal (Elite) up. So far BBK, Custom Exhaust, CT Intake, 21mm OKO Carb. This should yield some good results. This brings me to my question. What is the most reliable aftermarket air filter to use. Partucularly for NZ conditions (read winter is coming). Will the K&N ...

Re: Aviation Fuel
Also if it was a 4 stroke engine the AV GAS with a higher octane creates more heat (makes sense in that more energy/bigger bang being produced equates to hotter combustion temp) and can burn out the valves. Not sure if this is so much of a problem with 2 stroke motor parts. By the sounds of it not. ...

Re: Vacuum and Fuel Line sizing for OKO carbs
I would be very interested in knowing the answer to this question. I am about to put a 21mm carb on a BBK in my Honda Pal. Do I need a bigger fuel line? Also should I wire open the oil pump and pre-mix my fuel aswell.
Thanks Ayden.
Thanks Ayden.

Nice bike. I have the NZ version. How does that 10 x 3.00 tyre go on the front. Are there any issues with clearance etc? I have 10x3.00 on the rear.
