Re: Big Bore Kit
Sorry my mistake. The head is the stock head and is fine. It was the barrel that was poor. With the BB barrel and the current head it should be fine as long as I get the re work ok?

Re: Big Bore Kit
Thanks for the help. It sounds quite complicated. I may just leave it as stock LOL. I have no intention to start it without it being done right as I have seen it done with cars with alarming results.

I saw a link where the author drew around the inside of the new head gasket and then that was what was machined out? And with jetting do you just fit a different needle or does that need machining out aswe...

Big Bore Kit
Hi,
I took off my cylinder and head today due to a lot of corrosion. I have a 46mm big bore kit to put on it. Its got standard carb, air box and exhaust. My question is do I need to do anything with the head and do I need to do anything with the carb?
Cheers

Honda Vision/spree/elite Exhaust Mods
Hi all from sunny England. I have just got hold of a 1985 honda vision which I believe is almost identicle to the elite? It runs well and does about 30mph. I want to get a bit more speed just to make it a bit safer on the road (if that makes sense). I have got a 60cc kit from ebay and I am going to ...
