It had a 78cc nikasil kit on it with an arechi carb and intake, all things MH use to sell a...

Re: MHR tuning
Thank you sir, I thought it was too rich in reality too lean. It is a lot better, still acts like its flooded when Im cruising at 20-25 and then hit the gas, Ill try maybe moving the clip back to middle.

MHR tuning
Hi I have a 2003 Kymco zx50 with the AF18 engine and a Malossi 72cc MHR kit. Im using the CT and 24 mm OKO. Im running 38 pilot and 122 main with clip at center setting. I use a Motorio expansion chamber that is huge. It will die at an idle if I dont give it throttle, it will get very bogey at lower...

Re: Madman goes KABOOM!
I just read your whole thread. Looked like a good build, when I do my kymco zx50 with the same kit Im planning on doing exactly the same, but with a malossi crank. Now Im going to buy a pressure test kit like my friend has. I dont want this to happen to me too. Have you checked the crank for side to...

Re: 2003 Kymco zx super fever
Its a "motorio" every bend is welded together, its huge compared to the expansion pipe by prima for my buddy50. I ended up paying 400 for the bike and the guy gave me front pads and rear brake shoes, 2 brand new tires, 2 storage trunks, original exhaust and intakes, and 3 keys. I was happy...

mini stroker reliabilty
How reliable is the ruima mini stroker 44.1 mm? also how reliable is a 120cc stroker set up? Can you ride it all day everyday or just for short bursts of fun? Im thinking about doing the 50mm ruima kit to my kymco zx, it says 90cc on one site and 82cc on another, dunno which it is. Ive seen a 54 mm ...
