Re: Cdn Dio - Polini Contessa BBK build

What carb are you running? Sounds like to rich of a pilot jet. The first 1/4 throttle is all pilot. After she's warmed up does your idle rpm lower at all?

Re: Upgraded rear shock adapter and options ?

Both my Daytona shock and Honda Wolaroo shock cleared 90/90 on met rims. they are close but close is fine they won't get any fatter while riding. I was going to get a shock extender but I don't like the added hight. Here is the Honda wolaroo shock. http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m133/Curtis966/M...

Re: Flash 9: Sanity Restored

Yeah since the stock jug had a cut as well it had to have been like that from honda. Just a quick fix instead of dumping a case.

Re: Which Honda bond to buy?

I plan on using copper spray on my corsa gasket helps seal any small scratches and I like that.

Re: Which Honda bond to buy?

This was my first time using copper spray on my mhr motor and I really like it, it creates a great seal and helps hold the gasket in place during assembly as well.

Re: Flash 9: Sanity Restored

That's odd. I don't think I've ever seen or heard of a cylinder under 50mm not being bolt on especially an Italian.

Re: My 85 AERO 50 "ERRL"

Did a leak down test today and everything is good except my copper exhaust gaskets they both leaked guess I'll have to go with a traditional gasket instead. Got a brand new set of shrouds on the way should be here after the weekend so I will be able to do some full speed runs and really test out thi...

Re: Speed up SE50P?

I believe there is a difference in the pipe headers as well as a washer in the end of the restricted models. There isn't an adjustment for the pump. There are a couple different pumps thought. One is just a constant flow that doesn't change and one is throttle driven. As well as one of the af16 pump...

Re: Speed up SE50P?

For the af05 to af16 gear swap you need an entire af16 trans. Including cover, rear axle, countershaft gear, and then your aftermarket gears. It's an expensive swap unles you have the stuff laying around or an af16 your willing to steal from. About $100 plus gears. I did it on my af05 was sweet to h...

Cool. Are there any differences in the 2 malossi cdis? Other then the rev limit switch on the one.
