Re: My Aero50 Wont start
90-92 psi is below the 100 psi running range so im going to assume that my head is somehow damaged in a way that is not visable, as i have taken it off and see nothing wrong. instead of tracking down a used head and piston and wasting money on rings for the second time, i just got the malossi bbk i ...

Re: Honda Express.... Where to begin
the exhaust port on my express is smaller than a spree exhausts port. patthesound guy is also one of the best on this fourm so id take his advice.
I'd start with opening up the exhaust port and a new pipe.

Re: Honda Express.... Where to begin
you cant get all the oil out with the drain plug, ( manual says only .65 quats will come out, but its probably " good enough" for an oil change, however! unless you have a hummingbird beak there is no way you are getting .9 l of thick 10 weight back in the small drain hole. the physical ho...

Re: Honda Express.... Where to begin
im still figuring out how to put mine back together. you have to balance it on its side, fill it with oil, crank back the kick start, then some how keep everything in place and get the case on with out spilling oil anywhere. Im about to take the case off a 4th time.

Re: My Aero50 Wont start
So I'm a bad "searcher" and when ever i do a search i find nothing on how to do a leak check. the only advice is spray a high octane airsol near your motor and see if it rev's up. imo this is silly advice, and will pin point nothing, having no where eles to turn, i just rebuilt my entire e...
