Does any1 happen to have a spare flywheel puller for 94-01 honda elite sa50? or does any1 know of any way to remove the flywheel without puller or know how to make one myself if not....IM IN DESPRITE NEED BECUZ MY CRANK BEARINGS NEED CHANGED AND I CAN GET TO EM!!

Hey man like MARTY said Clean The Carb and make sure u clean the tube under the main jet and the inner walls that the Main Jet n Tube sit in real good with carb cleaner becuz i had same problem with it dying when giving the littlest bit of throttle and it was 2 tiny holes on the side of the tube und...

I got the oil pump gear shaft out finally.....Another question for yall my scooter uses a 19.4x31x7 crank oil seal do u think ill be ok if i use a 20x31x7 since i already have one?

well i unbolted the oil pump and the gear aint come out with it, thats what i was asking bout it for becuz i need to get the gear out without takin the whole case apart becuz i dont have the flywheel puller for the flywheel on alternator/stator with the woodriff key on it....

i got new cylinder jug on it......and how much oil do i premix in gas for unrestricted with 78 jet?.....oh yeah btw do any of yall know how to remove oil pump gear from crankcase without removing crankshaft?

it was running fine like i said but when the overheating started bout 2-3days is when it started running for 30 secs or so and then bogging down and dying.....I just jetted the carb today replace #68 with #78 and i got it running for bout 3-4mins and then it died down again...i think today it may ha...

Its a stock motor only thing ive done to it was derestrict it but it ran fine for the longest time....The spark plug is turning slight brown and is slighty wet.....the carb is set by the book air/fuel screw is 1 3/4 -1 7/8 turns..

Yes i cleaned the carb twice now....and yes i ran like a champ b4.....i had a piston circlip blow out and messed up cylinder but i got new cylinder, piston, rings n circlips and it was running fine after that...but after month n half or so it started to overheat i think becuz id ride it for 30-45min...

Taz is a good dude, he is the best person ive ever had to deal with on ebay and when i needed help he was there for me he sent me a free set of new piston rings first and then he sent me a new piston with new rings on it for free...So i would recommend him to anyone and if u havent had the pleasure ...
