Re: honda aero question
I got a question, will the gears off of the sym dd50 fit into the af16? I'm pretty sure the gears are a little taller than the af16's. Also if they don't fit I'm planning on doing some long distance cruising, someone recommended 6.8:1 gears. Said I'd be cruising at about 55-60 MPH and keep the motor...

Electrical problamo. JDM gauge retrofit - fuel gauge issue
Sup doods! Ok so I recently did a jdm headset swap on my '85 Aero, kept the American harness and soldered the wires on the Japanese switches. It ran like a champ the first day I put it back together, but now the fuel gauge doesn't work, it didn't work when I soldered it either, always reads half tan...

Re: JDM '85 Aero head set conversion.
Ok now I'm s*** outta luck. Now the only thing that works is the left side of the handle bars. Hi low beam, blinkers, and horn. The dash light isn't on anymore, the kill switch doesn't work, and the starter quit too. I even plugged in the American components back in and they don't work either. My br...

JDM '85 Aero head set conversion.
Ok so I purchased a JDM head set for my Aero. All the plastic pieces are a match except for the wiring harness. Tried switching around the wires on the plugs to match the American harness, got the horn, blinkers, dash light, and gas works. Only problem I have is getting the electric starter to funct...

Re: 1985 Aero needin some help.
does the aero come with the af05? the guy that i bought it off had to cut out some of the panel from the glove box on the side to fit the motor thats on there now. said the new motor was a little too big so he made some modifications to the glove box.
