Okay, I took the battery out and charged it about 15minutes and it started right up. Dp I have an electrical problem? Or maybe a bad battery?

Hello, I just took my newly purchased 85 spree for a 30minute ride with new gas and new oil. It ran great. All lights and blinkers worked. The horn doesn't work.
