I need the rear decal under the seat that looks like the above. The key is to get the camera directly above it, not close but so that there is as little curve from the body in the decal. Since I will be blowing it up a bit, any curve from the body will distort the lines.
Thanks in advance.

Need high res pic of 85 spree rear decal.
I am going to stencil the spree and honda logo on the side of the spree. Would someone be able to take a straight on side pic of the decal The 85 had the top one of the pic but I would take either. The pic off partfish is to grainy to blow up to trace to a stencil. Thanks http://www.geocities.com/fe...

The plastic tabs over time will break. And if the airbox is not seated properly you will have an embalance on the fuel/air mixture (lean condition). These engines are tuned to run full throttle nearly constantly, so the system is put together to handle that, any break in that system will cause it to...

20 miles and Spree is PERFECT
Just a final update. Got NOS auto bystarter and installed it. It fit like a glove nice and tight like it should have. Cleaned carb again and installed a briggs and stratton clear plastic inline fuel filter. Best $7 I ever spent. I was getting small little pieces of crap in the idle jet causing it to...

Sounds like you are running rich. Since you opened the box the more air flow matched the excess fuel. The compression may be the issue. Vette is right, something sounds a miss. It may be an issue with compression, and a vacuum leak/gas leak with the bystarter. If you will not be testing the compress...

Take the parking brake off and try the movie again. The load and noise you hear is the clutch fighting the brake, and then the motor bogging down with no where to go. Other than that it sounds fine at idle, it sounds like it is running a little fast at idle, but this cannot be determined since the p...

Clutch has nothing to do with reving, unless the engine just races and the rear doesn't move under load (i.e. sounds like the engine is in neutral) Altitude would limit oxygen and pressure so I would expect your are just running too rich. Try the 3rd notch on the needle. Your local motorcycle shop m...

You have either a poorly charged battery and/or bad wiring to the starter. Make sure if you are not using the battery that the jumper cables are making a solid connection. I would put the ground wire over a bolt and attach the jumper cable to that and get the positive to make as much contact on the ...

You have to make sure the autobystarter can seat to close off the enriching circuit and that it is far enough in to let the bystarter shut off the fuel. To answer your question, from a cold start you need it. It allows extra fuel into the intake to get the cold engine warmed up. I have circumvented ...

Sounds like you have a bad ground wire and or poor connection to the battery/source. Check resistence on ground wire with battery installed between the terminal at the battery and the starter connection at the starter. My starter would not turn the crank more than 1 turn even with the spark plug rem...

Great to hear it! Good luck with it. I would check the oil pump. Noiseguy pointed that out to me, and if I hadn't checked it, I would have burnt the engine big time. Like he said one drip or so every 5-10 seconds. So what did you do to get it up and running? Do you know what was clogged? Happy custo...

Great pics! Try the bystarter trouble shooting in the manual with a $25 vacuum pump from autozone or checker or napa. I can't tell from the pic, if the oring is good, but that oring needs to seal the bystarter from allowing outside air into that area. As well it needs to be fully seated in the carb....
