I thought about putting the different bikes on the same page with a color coded guide to show different TQ's for the different years/bikes but i thought, "how much effort do i really want to put into this?" I have a dio (sortof) I think separate pages helps keep it simple. If someone else ...

Added an elite SA50 version, again if any error is found/suspected please let me know. I used this as a reference

Added a few torques and double checked the lower strut. It is 20 not 43 as previously mentioned. Updated the Image . I will probably go ahead and make an elite version, so that will be up soon.

Well, like I said I did it for ME! I understand not many people actually have a dio but it wouldn't be much work to change a couple of values to make the chart work for say...an elite!

rode the scoot about 14 KM today it's sluggish with that aero variator on it.. not quite sure if i got air screw turned out properly it rides better full throttle then trying to go any particular speed.

some updates. I got this thing insured and tagged today. It cost me $15 for the full year of Insurance! haha having a few questions though... The bike doesnt have a battery in it, when the bike is running from a kickstart the headlights are pretty dim. I noticed if I take the 7A fuse out the headlig...

( I just had to ride it today!) the fuel bowl on the carb had a bad packing so I used honda...

where do you buy them though? Personally I dont care what it sells for because I plan on keeping it. I got an old 3.50 x10 tire from a buddy of mine that owns a scooter shop...i'm going to try it to see if it fits on the rear. A few weeks ago I won a "best modern" scooter award at a scoote...
