Bulbs are all fine. Could it be a loose wire?

Re: Elite 80 Starting issues
check compression. bad compression will keep it from starting. its usually the carb though. use carb cleaner and shoot it through all the jets.

Re: piston help
The elite hasn't been started in a long time. Will the elite jug and piston fit the spree? And where can I get the necessary gaskets? Will it normally start if the jug is done? After we dropped the oil in the cylinder it was running great for hours. Thanks again for the help.

piston help
So my spree wasn't running and I thought it was the carb. My buddy came by and threw some oil in the cylinder head. The 1986 spree fired right up. I'm guessing its the rings that are done right? I just need to know what else it could be. I have a 1988 elite I can take parts from. What parts should i...

So I cleaned my carb on my 1986 spree and I don't know where the ports are supposed to face on the emulsion tube. Anyone know where I can find this information.

Ok thank you. But the stock bolts will not reach. I have to go to the hardware store and buy some. I just don't know the specs. How thick are they?

carburetor stripped. 1986 spree
So I took my carb off to clean it and unfortunately stripped it. Now it's loose and will not seal properly. And my spree will not start. This could be a cause for it not starting right?? I want to go the route of attaching two nuts to the backside. I just need to know what size bolts to buy. And wha...
