Hey Texas and wheelman, the guy just posted a bog after 25mph, its not oil pump nor jetting, its a simple thing that costs $10.00 remember i have 35 yrs of engine building experience

Keep the wheelbase stock then add wheelie bars...

This replaces the stock front pulley which you will gain more speed, also i may be able to get very rare malossi gears which will keep your aero stock yet do an easy 55mph, i will post more info in the buy & sell section.

There are a few tricks you can do to upgrade your contessa bore, for bottom end, use a trans washer from a 94-96 elite-s puy iy between the boss & ramp, you can also cut the piston skirts to match the corsa and usa a top ring from a corsa, sorry i son't have specs foe cutting the skirts.

If you want to stick like glue on the road use a pirelli 90/90-10 on the rear but it will not last long, dunlop will last longer, also your front rim can be upgraded with an elite-s rim + hub, i also use tubes to cushion the ride.

If you don't need speed just replace the stock piston and replace the front pulley with a kelly pully and your in.

Think about it, if the kymco zx was so popular don't you think it would be a better build than the elite-s the head and exhaust are interchangable but thats it!
